By visiting ogtrader.live (the “Website”) or buying a membership, you (“you”, “user”) agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. OG Trader (“we”, “us”) may change these terms at any time; continued use after a change means you accept it. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website.
Nature of the service
OG Trader provides market-data dashboards (option-chain, open-interest, order-flow, market-profile and similar views) for education and analytics only.
We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. Nothing on the Website is a recommendation, tip, advice or an offer to buy or sell any security or derivative. Trading in options and futures carries a high risk of loss; past performance does not guarantee future results. Any trading decision you take is entirely your own responsibility.
Membership and payment
- Access to the dashboards is for paid members. A mobile number that has never held a membership gets one free trial of 1 hour on its first sign-in; after it ends, a paid plan is required.
- Two plans are offered, each counted from the date and time we activate it: the Full plan at ₹2,999 for 30 days (Nifty Futures, Nifty 100, Crude Oil & Natural Gas) and the Nifty Futures plan at ₹999 for 10 days (Nifty Futures only; Nifty 100, Crude Oil and Natural Gas are not included).
- Payment is made by UPI to the QR code shown on the subscribe page. After paying you must submit the registration form with your name, mobile number, place and UPI transaction ID.
- We verify the payment manually and then activate the mobile number you registered. Activation is normally done during the same day but may take longer; it is not instant.
- If you pay again while a membership is still running, the days of the plan you pay for are added after the current period ends. A Full member who renews with the Nifty Futures plan keeps Full access until the current period ends.
- Membership is personal to the registered mobile number. Signing in on a new device signs the previous device out; sharing your login with others is not permitted.
Registration and termination
You must give correct details. We may suspend or end access, without notice, if you misuse the Website, share access, give false payment details, attempt unauthorised access, or breach these terms. Ending a membership for such reasons does not entitle you to a refund.
Licence and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view the Website on your own devices. You must not copy, resell, redistribute, scrape or systematically collect data from the Website, nor interfere with its security or availability. All content and software remain our property.
Data and service availability
Data is obtained from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We do not guarantee accuracy, continuity or uninterrupted access. The service may be paused for maintenance, data-provider outages, exchange holidays or events beyond our control, and no membership extension or refund is owed for such interruptions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OG Trader and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including trading losses, arising from use of, or inability to use, the Website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and may at our option be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
