This policy explains what OG Trader (“we”, “us”) collects when you use ogtrader.live and how we use it. By using the Website you agree to it. We may update it; the latest version is always on this page.

What we collect

• Registration details: your name, mobile number and place, as you enter them.
• Payment reference: the UPI transaction ID you submit. We never see or store your bank account, card or UPI PIN details; payment goes directly to our UPI account.
• Phone verification: when you sign in we send a one-time code (OTP) to your mobile number on WhatsApp to confirm the number is yours. We keep the verified number, not your WhatsApp chats or contacts.
• Usage and log data: login times, IP address, browser/device type and the pages you request, used for security, preventing account sharing, and running the service.
• Cookies: one session cookie that keeps you signed in until midnight IST. It holds no personal details.

How we use it

• To verify your payment and activate, extend and show your membership.
• To let you sign in, and to keep the service secure and prevent misuse.
• To contact you about your membership or service changes.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the Website (hosting, WhatsApp for sending the sign-in OTP), or when required by law or a government authority.

Retention and your choices

We keep registration and payment records for as long as needed for accounting, disputes and legal compliance. You can ask us to correct or delete your data by emailing ogtrader.live@gmail.com; records we must keep by law are retained.

Security

Access to the data is restricted and sessions expire daily. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
